Our house with newly furnished apartments is situated in the western part of South Tyrol, only a few minutes by car from the Watles adventure mountain. The Watles skiing and hiking area is very famous for its magnificent panoramic view over the Ortler mountain group and the Vinschgauer Sonnenberg but it also impresses by its diverse natural landscape.

In summer
Directly from the house you have wonderful hiking tracks at your disposal in order to get from Burgeis to Watles and up to the Sesvenna Hut. For nature lovers who like to discover the surroundings on two wheels there are plenty of possibilities for bicycling and mountain-biking.
In winter
Ski and cross-country enthusiasts truly get their money's worth: the Watles adventure mountain’s valley station is only 4 car minutes away from us. Once you have arrived on the mountain you can test the different brilliantly prepared slopes or take your touring skis to get to the Watles peak.
